LSW / LPC: Starting at $64,000- $70,000

Position Summary:
Unison Health is seeking a Clinical Therapist to join our Mobile Response Stabilization Services (MRSS) team. This position delivers immediate, mobile, and short-term behavioral health support to youth and families experiencing emotional or behavioral crises across our four-county service area.
Key Responsibilities & Role Highlights:

Mobile crisis intervention and stabilization

Trauma-informed care aligned with the MRSS model

Short-term therapy and care coordination in the community

Client-centered support promoting emotional well-being and safety
- Conduct comprehensive diagnostic assessments

Develop and implement individualized treatment plans

Provide psychotherapy using evidence-based approaches (e.g., CBT)

Monitor and adapt treatment based on client progress

Collaborate with psychiatrists, case managers, and other team members

Maintain accurate, timely documentation in accordance with HIPAA

Educate clients and families on mental health and treatment options

Stay up to date on best practices and emerging clinical approaches
Education & Experience Requirements:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or related field

Valid Ohio licensure (LSW, LPC, LISW, or LPCC)

Strong knowledge of clinical assessment and therapeutic interventions

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Commitment to ethical, client-centered care

Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
