- Oversee and manage daily distribution operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness
- Develop and implement strategic plans for communication and logistics management
- Monitor and analyze performance metrics to drive continuous improvement
- Collaborate with other departments to align distribution processes with organizational goals
- Lead and mentor a diverse team of distribution staff
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies
- Prepare reports and presentations on operational performance for upper management
- 5 years of experience in distribution or logistics management
- Proven experience in a hands-on management role
- Strong understanding of the supply chain process
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends as needed
- Experience with multi-site distribution operations

- Familiarity with project management methodologies
Salary : $80,000 - $90,000
