Responsibilities
- 2. Research and resolve routine customer requests using WMS, TMS, CRM, and ticketing tools while providing timely and accurate updates.
- 3. Coordinate with Operations, Billing, Transportation, and Account Management teams to resolve exceptions and ensure issues are followed through to completion.
- 4. Maintain accurate customer records, ticket notes, and case documentation while meeting established service and response standards.
- 5. Escalate complex customer concerns with complete documentation and clear communication to support timely resolution.
- 6. Identify recurring customer issues and contribute ideas that improve service quality, workflows, and first-contact resolution.
- 1. High School Diploma or GED.
- 2. 2–3 years of customer service experience.
- 3. Experience handling customer inquiries, resolving service issues, and maintaining case documentation in CRM or ticketing systems.
- 4. Strong communication, active listening, organization, and problem-solving skills with a customer-first mindset.
- 5. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and comfort using WMS, TMS, CRM, ticketing, or other customer service technology.
- 6. Ability to manage a high-volume workload, meet deadlines, and maintain accuracy while supporting varying schedules or urgent customer needs.
- 1. Some college education.
- 2. Logistics, fulfillment, warehouse, or transportation experience.
Salary : $22 - $25
