Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Supply Chain Coordinator based in Cleveland, OH. The Supply Chain Coordinator's responsibilities include: production reporting, inventory accountability, and supporting our Supply Chain, Logistics and Operations departments.
Job Responsibilites
- Process remote packager wip jobs to inventory, issue consumption of raw materials, initiate supply chain transfers as required or requested, record movement of same with apportionment within a timely manner
- Review stock status, warehouse exception report for inventory levels
- Review on hand additives for replenshiment
- Reconcile packager inventory at month end
- Review warehouse exception report for any variances; investigate variances
- Review of stocking levels and replenishment coordination all locations
- Publish GRN trial balance, GIT trial balance, open order balance, WIP valuation, CAPEX status at month end per Accounting closing schedule
- Change inventory min / max as needed within ERP
- Physical inventory quarterly - all locations, reconciliation, investigation of variances
- Publish production forecast to all of-site locations(provided by Supply Chain Manager)
- Backup to the Logistics Supervisor for outbound / inbound freight: (Freight quoting and setup, ERP dispatching, Unique Freight asset coordination (flatbed or van for transfers)
- DOT CFR 49 certified; including IATA and IMDG training (UNIQUE will provide training)
- Other assignments in the Operations department as required.
- Third backup to the Scale House Coordinator position
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or GED
- Work independently without excessive direct supervision - the ability to be given project related responsibilities and complete them on time
- Calculate mathematical equations and problem solve.
- Ability to communicate with customers, vendors and employees in a courteous, professional manner.
- The position may be required to work on short notice and be available via cell phone.
- High degree of integrity and commitment
- Overnight travel estimated at <5%
- Tow Motor License, helpful
- ERP / database knowledge
- Freight setup – Small Package Ground, LTL, and TL (van or flatbed)
- Being able to observe all safety guidelines relating to the handling of any material received or shipped by Unique Paving Materials
Physical Requirements
Lifting/Carrying Samples, products, equipment (25-80 lbs)
Driving All company equipment where a CDL is not required, insurable
Climbing Ladders and platforms for tank access
