Job Description: As a Social Media Manager at Union Square Advertising, you'll be assisting the social media and digital marketing team with a diverse range of clients. We’re looking for a highly motivated, hands-on individual with a passion for social media, a knack for creating standout content, and the organizational skills to keep projects running smoothly. Key Responsibilities:
- Social Media Strategy & Execution: Lead the planning, development, and execution of social media strategies for multiple clients across platforms.
- Content Creation: Collaborate with our photo/video & graphic design team to develop compelling content that resonates with our clients’ target audiences and aligns with their brand voice.
- Email Marketing Campaigns: Develop and implement email marketing campaigns designed to increase engagement, open rates, and conversions.
- Brand Reputation Management: Monitor client brand reputation across platforms and implement strategies to protect and enhance their digital presence.
- Metrics & Analytics: Track, analyze, and report on key social media performance metrics. Use data-driven insights to continually refine and improve strategies.
- Stay Ahead of Trends: Keep up to date with the latest trends, tools, and best practices in social media and digital marketing to ensure the team and clients stay ahead of the curve.
What We’re Looking For:
- 2 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing, particularly with social media and email marketing.
- Proficiency with industry-standard tools, including Hootsuite, MailChimp, Constant Contact, SquareSpace and WordPress.
- Experience creating and editing video content, with proficiency in tools like CapCut to drive engagement.
- Strong writing and editing skills, with the ability to craft compelling content tailored to specific platforms and audiences.
- Excellent project management and organizational skills, with the ability to juggle multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate ideas and results to clients and team members.
- A data-driven mindset to analyze performance and continuously optimize strategies.
