• Manage and curate content across all social media channels, including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, and emerging platforms, ensuring consistency in voice and branding.
• Utilize social listening tools to monitor brand reputation, industry trends, and competitor activity, turning insights into actionable campaigns.
• Design eye-catching graphics and multimedia content using Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe Creative Suite to support marketing initiatives.
• Plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns on Facebook Advertising and other digital platforms to maximize reach and ROI.
• Analyze web analytics and social media metrics using Google Analytics, Buffer, Hootsuite, and web analytics tools to measure campaign performance and inform future strategies.
• Coordinate with public relations teams to manage relationship management efforts that strengthen community ties and media presence.

Requirements

• Proven experience in social media management with a strong portfolio demonstrating successful campaigns across multiple platforms.
• Proficiency in graphic design tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe Creative Suite for content creation.
• Hands-on experience with social listening tools like Hootsuite or Buffer to track engagement trends.
• Knowledge of SEO best practices, keyword research, web analytics, and digital marketing strategies to enhance online visibility.
• Ability to create engaging multimedia content including photography and video editing for diverse marketing channels.
• Strong understanding of social media marketing principles including branding, public relations, relationship management, and e-commerce integration.
• Excellent proofreading skills with an eye for detail to ensure high-quality content delivery.
