What You'll Do

As Territory Manager, you'll be responsible for driving sales growth, strengthening customer relationships, and expanding Unilock's market presence throughout your territory.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Develop and grow residential sales throughout Northern Virginia, Washington, DC, and the Maryland suburbs.
  • Partner with Unilock's commercial sales team to expand commercial business across the DC metro region.
  • Identify and prospect new business opportunities with distributors, contractors, landscape professionals, designers, and architects.
  • Manage and grow existing customer accounts while consistently developing new business.
  • Train and support customers to help them successfully sell Unilock products.
    • Introduce new products, programs, promotions, and sales tools.
    • Conduct product education, sales training, and ongoing customer development sessions.
  • Maintain accurate territory activity, customer information, and sales reporting using electronic reporting tools.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

What You Bring

We're looking for a driven sales professional who enjoys building relationships, winning new business, and helping customers succeed.

Qualifications include:

  • Residence within the Washington, DC metropolitan area.
  • 3–5 years of successful sales experience, preferably in manufacturing, building materials, or a related industry.
  • Proven experience prospecting, developing, and converting new business opportunities.
  • Business-to-business (B2B) sales experience preferred.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
  • Demonstrated history of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
  • Strong organizational, time management, and relationship-building skills.
  • High level of business acumen, initiative, and customer focus.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills.
  • Confidence speaking to groups and conducting customer training sessions.
  • Strong problem-solving and negotiation abilities.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM or sales reporting systems.
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds as needed.
  • Willingness to travel throughout the assigned territory.
