Duties and Responsibilities
- Prospect for new business opportunities
- Identify all potential customers and analyze and qualify opportunities while maintaining customer relationships
- Develop accounts by analyzing their current business, interviewing key personnel, interviewing key personnel, identifying needs and overcoming objections
- Complete effective and efficient sales presentations residentially and commercially
- Cultivate new business while creating up-selling opportunities and penetrating existing accounts
- Develop strong relationships with current and prospective dealers and installation contractors
- Influence Architects and Engineers for solid product specifications
- Maintain essential customer contact and follow up
- Conduct ongoing education and training of customers
Requirements
- Min of 3-5 years sales exp, account executive and/or industry experience - Preferred
- Independent with a high sense of urgency
- Goal driven with a need-to-win attitude
- Professional demeanor and appearance
- Strong organizational, time management, analytical, problem solving, CRM and computer skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
