Position SummaryUniguest is seeking a customer service-focused candidate to join our pCare Services team as a Hospital Support Representative. In this part-time position, you will help support the maintenance of our technical solutions deployed in hospitals by providing front-line service to patients and staff. With a range of technologies from patient bedside TV to digital signage, to mobile apps and video conferencing, pCare by Uniguest creates personalized customer experiences in healthcare and hospital environments. A successful candidate will be comfortable handling computer documentation including payment records.
