Unify Home Care is a locally owned, growing home care company seeking compassionate, dependable Registered Nurses to join our team in Jackson, Wyoming.
We provide personalized, one-on-one nursing care in patients' homes, allowing our nurses to build meaningful relationships while making a difference in their patients' everyday lives.
We're looking for nurses who enjoy working independently, value quality patient care, and appreciate a supportive, team-oriented environment.
Available Positions & Pay
We are currently hiring for two separate RN positions:
Weekday RN – $45/hour
- Monday, Tuesday & Wednesday
- 8:30 AM – 9:00 PM
Weekend RN – $47/hour
- Friday, Saturday & Sunday
- 8:30 AM – 9:00 PM
- Includes a $2/hour weekend differential
Both positions offer:
- Three scheduled shifts per week (37.5 scheduled hours)
- Four days off each week
- Consistent scheduling with established patients
- Hourly pay, not per patient visit
- No overnight shifts
- Holiday shifts not required
Responsibilities
- Provide individualized nursing care in patients' homes.
- Perform nursing assessments and monitor patient conditions.
- Administer prescribed medications and treatments.
- Assist with daily living activities, personal care, and mobility as needed.
- Recognize and communicate changes in patient conditions.
- Complete accurate and timely nursing documentation.
- Collaborate with families, healthcare providers, and the owner to ensure quality care.
Qualifications
- Active RN license valid for practice in Wyoming.
- Current CPR certification.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Strong clinical judgment and ability to work independently.
- Dependable, compassionate, and professional.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to successfully complete required background screening and drug testing.
Home care experience is preferred but not required. We welcome RNs from a variety of nursing backgrounds!
