Responsibilities
- Perform thorough patient assessments, including vital signs, physical examinations, and medical history documentation using Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems.
- Administer medications and injections accurately, including IV infusions and medication management in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
- Conduct specialized procedures such as catheterization, tube feeding, and sterile dressing changes following aseptic techniques.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams on discharge planning, case management, and long-term care strategies tailored to individual needs.
- Assist in diagnostic evaluations including laboratory specimen collection, processing, and interpretation of diagnostic imaging results like sonography or mammography.
- Provide education on health coaching topics such as pain management, geriatrics, dementia care, or hospice & palliative medicine to patients and their families.
Pay: $35.00 - $45.00 per hour
Expected hours: 10.0 – 30.0 per week
