Unify Home Care is seeking compassionate, dependable, and professional Registered Nurses (RNs) to join our growing home care team in Jackson, Wyoming, and surrounding areas.
We currently have established patients with ongoing nursing care needs and are looking to expand our team to provide consistent, high-quality care.
This part-time position offers regularly scheduled shifts, including daytime shifts of up to 9 hours and shorter nursing visits. Some weekend availability is needed.
The ideal candidate enjoys providing individualized, one-on-one patient care, is comfortable working independently, communicates effectively, completes documentation in a timely manner, and values building meaningful relationships with patients and their families.
Pay: From $45.00 per hour
Expected hours: 36.0 per week
