Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Sales Representative based in Miramar, FL, with flexibility for some remote work. The Sales Representative will be responsible for identifying new opportunities, building strong client relationships, and achieving sales targets through excellent customer engagement. Key responsibilities include conducting product presentations, managing project quotes and proposals, following up on leads, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure successful project delivery. The role also involves staying updated on product knowledge, market trends, and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated skills in Client Relationship Management, Customer Engagement, and Communication
- Experience in Sales Strategy Development, Market Research, and Business Development
- Proficiency in Presentation, Negotiation, and Closing Sales deals
- Technical knowledge of hardware, doors, frames, or related building/construction products is highly preferred
- Proficiency with CRM tools and other sales-related software is a plus
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
- Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets and maintain client satisfaction
