We’re seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead complex, cross-functional projects within our Consumables R&D department. This role supports multiple business units and collaborates with Marketing, Regulatory, Quality, Operations, R&D, Medical, and Supply Chain teams across multiple sites.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, execute, and control enterprise-level R&D projects from scope through delivery.
- Develop detailed project plans, resource allocation, and schedules.
- Monitor progress, budgets, and risks while ensuring compliance with FDA and quality standards.
- Communicate updates to Directors, VPs, and Executives.
- Drive cross-functional collaboration and continuous improvement.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- 4 years of project management experience, ideally in an FDA-regulated or medical device environment.
- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, design control, and manufacturing processes.
- Proficient in Microsoft Project, Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint.
Location: Onsite role with <5% travel.
