Title: Financial Planning Analyst
Location: West Chester, PA
Duration: 6 months with possible extension
The Financial Planning Analyst (FPA) supports clinical trial planning through comprehensive budgeting, benchmarking, and financial analysis. The role is responsible for developing program- and study-level budget scenarios, translating operational assumptions (e.g., number of sites, countries, timeline, and enrollment) into financial clinical trial forecasts, and supporting decision-making across clinical programs.§
The FPA works closely with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate, transparent, and high-quality budget outputs and contributes to continuous improvement of budgeting methodologies and tools.
Core essential skill set:
2 years of work experience required.
Bachelor’s degree as a minimum required education.
Previous experience working with clinical trial budgeting tools, such as IQVIA Investigator Grant or Medidata Grant Manager.
Experience in Oracle Clear Trial is nice to have.
Understanding of fair market value for clinical trial purposes.
Strong understanding of clinical trials and protocol (Schedule of assessments, and site needs).
