Overview:
We are seeking a Pharmacovigilance professional to support safety operations, ensuring compliance in the collection, evaluation, processing, and reporting of adverse event (AE) data. This role involves independent case management, cross-functional collaboration, and leadership in projects and training.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage routine and complex AE case processing activities independently
- Ensure compliance with pharmacovigilance and regulatory requirements
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and represent the function in meetings
- Lead training, onboarding, and high-complexity projects
- Support and mentor junior staff
- Identify issues and drive process improvements
- Perform and/or support quality review of safety data
Qualifications:
- Experience in pharmacovigilance and AE case processing
- Strong understanding of safety reporting and compliance requirements
- Ability to work independently and lead initiatives
- Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Experience with training, quality review, and cross-functional collaboration
