Overview:
We are seeking a Benchling ELN Engineer to support Process Development and Analytical Testing. This role focuses on configuring and enhancing the Benchling ELN platform, streamlining scientific workflows, and delivering scalable technical solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Gather and translate business requirements into ELN solutions
- Configure Benchling ELN and optimize workflows
- Build custom integrations, dashboards, and label reports (BarTender)
- Perform testing, troubleshooting, and system monitoring
- Deliver sprint-based development and maintain technical documentation
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- 2 years of Benchling ELN implementation experience
- Strong understanding of lab workflows and scientific environments
- Proficiency in Python, JavaScript, or Java
- Experience with BarTender, Zebra printers, and barcoding
- Knowledge of SDLC and computer system validation
- Strong analytical, communication, and teamwork skills
