Position: Production Operative – Night Shift

Location: Alvin, Texas

Hours: Monday - Friday, 18:00 - 06:00. Starting on day shift for 30 days for training purposes

Salary: $19 per hour

Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Manufacturing Associate to join our dynamic team.

In this role, you will be responsible for assisting in the production process, ensuring that products are manufactured to the highest quality standards.

The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, a commitment to safety, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Key Responsibilities

· Operate and monitor manufacturing equipment to ensure efficient production.

· Perform quality checks on products throughout the manufacturing process.

· Maintain a clean and organized work area to promote safety and efficiency.

· Assist with the assembly of products according to specifications.

· Follow all safety protocols and procedures to maintain a safe working environment.

· Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines.

· Document production data accurately and report any discrepancies or issues.

Skills & Experience

· High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

· Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment is a plus.

· Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.

· Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 pounds) and stand for extended periods.

· Basic mechanical skills and familiarity with hand tools are advantageous.

· Excellent communication skills and ability to work well in a team setting.

· Willingness to learn new skills and adapt to changing production needs.
