Position Summary
Unfiltered Therapy is seeking compassionate, motivated, and trauma-informed therapists to join our growing Comprehensive Community Services (CCS) team. This position provides recovery-oriented psychotherapy to children, adolescents, adults, and families in home, community, office, and telehealth settings. Therapists work collaboratively with Service Facilitators, ISDE providers, psychiatrists, families, and community partners to support each client's individualized recovery goals.

Responsibilities
- Provide individual, family, and group psychotherapy utilizing evidence-based practices.
- Complete biopsychosocial assessments, treatment planning, progress notes, and all required clinical documentation within required timeframes.
- Collaborate with the CCS recovery team to develop and implement person-centered recovery plans.
- Deliver services in clients' homes, schools, community settings, the office, or via telehealth.
- Utilize trauma-informed, strengths-based, and recovery-focused interventions.
- Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings and coordinate care with medical providers, schools, families, and other community agencies.
- Maintain compliance with Wisconsin DHS 36 standards, Medicaid documentation requirements, HIPAA, and agency policies.
- Provide crisis intervention and safety planning when clinically appropriate.
- Maintain professional boundaries while building strong therapeutic relationships.
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage & Family Therapy, Psychology, or related behavioral health field.
- Active Wisconsin licensure (LPC, LPC-IT, LCSW, APSW, LMFT, LMFT-IT, Psychologist, or other CCS-approved provider credential).
- Experience working with children, adolescents, adults, or families preferred.
- Knowledge of trauma-informed care, CBT, DBT, ACT, EMDR, ERP, IFS, or other evidence-based interventions preferred.
- Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and current automobile insurance.
- Ability to pass caregiver background checks.
