Licensed Psychotherapist (LCSW, LMFT, LPC, PhD/PsyD)

Madison Behavioral Health | 1920 Monroe Street, Madison, WI, 53711

Madison Behavioral Health is a new outpatient group practice currently located in the Monroe Street neighborhood of Madison, WI. We are seeking a licensed psychotherapist to join our practice as an anchor clinician, with a willingness to grow into a leadership role and help shape the practice. This position is open to licensed clinicians at all career stages, but is uniquely well-suited to clinicians in the early stages of their careers interested in building a part-time to full-time outpatient caseload in a supportive group practice setting.

MBH is currently a two-clinician practice: a licensed psychologist and a family therapist in training, with part-time administrative support. We prioritize collaboration, peer learning, and consultation opportunities. Our goal is to build a training environment that will become a center of training excellence in the region.

Position Overview

MBH is open to hiring clinicians with various interest areas and clinical competencies. We currently offer outpatient psychotherapy services to clients ranging from children (age 8) through older adults. We are particularly interested in clinicians comfortable working with younger children and their families.

Clinicians typically work from our Monroe Street office, even when providing virtual care, but working from home is negotiable for up to two days per week, provided the schedule on remote work days remains full and the clinician is able to maintain a secure, professional environment with reliable, high-speed internet.

The role includes direct clinical work, participation in peer consultation, and engagement in documentation and administrative tasks consistent with outpatient practice. Clinicians are expected to comply with all HIPAA, ethical, and other applicable regulatory requirements governing clinical care.
