Duties
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival and guide them to their seats with enthusiasm and professionalism
- Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS (Point of Sale) systems while providing menu recommendations and answering questions about specials or dietary needs
- Serve food and drinks efficiently, ensuring timely delivery and presentation that exceeds expectations
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of tables, service stations, and dining areas throughout your shift
- Handle guest inquiries or concerns promptly, resolving issues with positivity and professionalism
- Assist in setting up room for special events when needed, ensuring all details are handled seamlessly
Skills
- Proven experience in bar or restaurant environment using POS ( we use TOAST system)
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly, energetic attitude that enhances guest satisfaction
- Knowledge of serving techniques, food handling safety standards, and proper sanitation practices
- Familiarity with food safety regulations and dietary accommodations to serve guests responsibly
- Barista experience or bartending skills are advantageous for beverage service roles
- Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail and being able to adapt on a slow night as not all nights are sold out.
