Team Member – Cannabis Club

Are you passionate about cannabis and looking for a rewarding career in the industry? Cannabis Club is hiring Team Members to join our growing team! We are seeking reliable, motivated individuals who are eager to learn and contribute to a positive customer experience.

Responsibilities:

As a Team Member, you will play an essential role in daily store operations and may assist in multiple areas based on business needs, including:

Reception

• Greet customers and check identification
• Assist with customer check-ins

Inventory

• Organize and restock products
• Maintain accurate inventory records
• Keep shelves and displays clean and full

Budtending

• Provide exceptional customer service
• Educate customers and make product recommendations

Compensation

• Starting pay: $13/hour
• Opportunity to earn cash tips on the sales floor
• Performance-based pay increase after initial trial period

All new hires will complete a 1-week working trial. If it is a good fit for both parties, the position will become permanent and pay will be reviewed for an increase.

• Must be punctual and reliable
• Must remain off personal phones while on shift
• Ability to maintain a clean, organized, and professional store
• Must be 21 and meet all state licensing requirements
