Responsibilities
- License Management: Research state licensing requirements, prepare applications, and proactively track renewals across active and target states.
- Regulatory Compliance: Monitor changes in laws and regulations to ensure company adherence and advise internal teams; maintain a centralized database of all licenses and RME/RMO information to ensure continuous operational compliance.
- Agency Coordination: Liaise with state boards to resolve issues and ensure timely approvals.
- Documentation & Reporting: Keep organized records and generate compliance reports.
- Audit Support: Assist legal and compliance teams during inspections and audits.
- Cross-Team Collaboration: Align licensing efforts with company policies and train internal teams.
- Issue Resolution: Troubleshoot licensing delays and streamline processes.
- Other related duties and projects as assigned
- Process Improvement: develop and refine strategies for redundancy for license classifications and RME/RMO
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, finance, legal studies, or a related field
- 3–5 years of professional experience in operations, compliance, licensing, or customer service
- Experience in construction, solar, or contractor licensing is highly preferred
- Familiarity with multi-state licensing and regulatory filings is a plus
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to interpret and apply regulations across jurisdictions
- Proficiency in tracking systems and managing multiple deadlines
- Excellent written and verbal communication for coordinating with agencies and internal teams
- Attention to detail and ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Persistence in navigating regulatory processes
Pay- $ 75,000 - $ 90,000 /Annually *Depending on Experience
