Responsibilities
- Create and maintain job/project information in the accounting system accurately.
- Assist with filing of sales tax returns.
- Provide reports and information to various departments.
- Research questions and issues related to jobs/projects.
- Be able to communicate effectively with other departments.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Associate's Degree in Accounting or greater is preferred
- Ability to work Overtime as needed to support business needs (month and quarter end)
- Excellent organization and communication skills (both written and verbal)
- Must have the ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks.
- Experience with Microsoft Office, specifically Excel.
- Experience with construction and JDE a plus.

- Sedentary work: Exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally and/or a negligible amount of force frequently or constantly to lift, carry, push, pull or otherwise move objects. Sedentary work involves sitting most of the time. Jobs are sedentary if walking and standing are required only occasionally, and all other sedentary criteria are met. Long periods of using a computer.
