In this pivotal role, the individual will have the chance to lead and inspire our dedicated Customer Service teams, ensuring every customer interaction reflects our commitment to excellence.
This position will be responsible for traveling to our Long Island based stores.
As the Customer Service Manager, you will play a key role in cultivating strong, lasting relationships with our valued customers by delivering exceptional service and swift resolution of customer concerns. You will be the driving force behind a positive customer experience, overseeing a team of Customer Service Representatives and supporting their growth and development.
Key Responsibilities:

Lead, mentor, and coordinate the Customer Service team to consistently deliver outstanding customer experiences

Champion effective communication and engagement to achieve high levels of customer satisfaction

Foster the continuous professional development of your team through coaching and skill-building initiatives

Drive improvements in customer service processes and policies to enhance efficiency and client satisfaction

Oversee accurate and timely processing of both internal and customer orders

Collaborate cross-functionally with various departments at both corporate and store levels to ensure seamless operations

Analyze departmental reports and key performance indicators to identify trends and opportunities for enhancement

High School Diploma or equivalent required

Minimum of 4 years’ experience in a customer service role within a retail or customer-facing environment
