What You’ll Do:

Oversee our seafood department, as directed, across our Long Island stores
- Manage inventory, pricing, and displays to maximize freshness and appeal

Ensure top-notch quality, safety, and compliance with all food regulations

Train, mentor, and support seafood staff across multiple locations

Deliver an outstanding customer experience — from seafood prep advice to sustainability education
What We’re Looking For:
- HS Diploma or equivalent

5 years seafood department experience (3 in management)

Strong knowledge of seafood prep, displays, and operations

Culinary training a plus (fileting, cooking, inventory management)

Proven leadership and team-building skills

Strong communication and customer service skills

Ability to thrive in a high-volume, customer-focused environment
