Role Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Support recruiting activities including job postings, candidate communication, and interview coordination
- Assist with onboarding logistics to ensure new team members have a smooth start
- Maintain accurate employee records and HR systems
- Respond to routine team member questions related to HR processes, policies, and benefits
- Support benefits administration and enrollment activities
- Assist with payroll and timekeeping processes as needed
- Help coordinate employee engagement initiatives and internal communications
- Maintain strict confidentiality of employee information
- Executes defined HR processes with guidance
- Handles routine inquiries and escalates more complex issues
- Contributes to a positive employee experience through responsive support
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field is preferred
- 0–2 years of experience in HR, administrative support, or a related field
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Willingness to learn HR systems and processes
- Ability to sit or stand for extended periods
- Light to moderate lifting may be required
- Full-time (40 hours per week)
- Standard business hours with occasional flexibility
