The Business Systems Project Manager responsible for managing the selection, testing and installation of business systems for Energy Services, along with the development of business processes and employee training to support the new systems necessary to meet the project goals and deadlines. The primary purpose of this position is to asses, examine, analyze, develop, plan and implement business and program processes within Energy Services, as well as, Finance & Operations (when requested). It evaluates current business and program application systems' functionality to identify gaps and to take full advantage of capabilities and measures the solution impact to business operations and manages change within the organization.
