What are the responsibilities and job description for the Case Dock position at Umpqua Dairy?
Essential Functions:
- Loads and unloads cases from pallets, trays, racks, and chains.
- Maintains cases on production line to sustain production.
- Keeps cases debris free.
- Stacks or assembles materials onto pallet & shrink-wraps stacks to secure materials.
- Lifts objects by hand, with metal hook, or with pallet jack.
- Operates pallet jack in loading or moving materials.
- Keeps work area clean and free of debris, broken products, and any other hazards.
- Use chemicals to clean/sanitize work area, trailers, bossy carts, and work environment.
- Make sure all chemical wash systems are kept supplied with chemicals in the work area.
- Occasional ground keeping may be required.
- Record keeping is required.
Pay Range: $19.05 - $21.17
