Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Growth: Develop and execute a national retail sales strategy for sous vide product lines (ready-to-eat proteins, sides, and meal kits).
- Team Leadership: Build and lead a high-performing sales organization, including regional directors, account managers, and broker networks.
- Account Management: Establish and grow relationships with key retail partners (e.g., Whole Foods, Kroger, Costco, Target); lead customer negotiations and trade spend management.
- Cross-Functional Alignment: Collaborate with Marketing and Culinary teams to align innovation with trends; partner with Operations and Supply Chain for accurate forecasting and delivery.
- Market Presence: Monitor competitive activity and represent the organization at trade shows, culinary events, and industry forums.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).
- 10 years of progressive sales leadership experience in food manufacturing.
- Strong experience in retail channel sales (grocery, mass, club).
- Proven track record of launching and scaling products in retail environments.
- Ability to travel up to 50%.
Salary : $150,000 - $175,000
