Job Title: Senior Director – New Business Development (Aerospace Engineering Services)
Location: Seattle, WA (Remote / Hybrid with travel across Eastern U.S.)
About The Role
We are seeking an accomplished New Business Development leader with deep expertise in Engineering R&D (ER&D) Services to drive strategic growth across the Aerospace sector.
This is a high-impact individual contributor role focused on acquiring new business, building executive-level relationships, and closing large engineering services engagements with Aerospace OEMs and Tier 1 suppliers.
The ideal candidate will bring a strong track record of selling outsourced engineering services, digital engineering, embedded systems, verification & validation, and product engineering managed services into aerospace accounts.
This role requires a strategic hunter with deep aerospace domain expertise, strong commercial acumen, and a demonstrated ability to shape and close large managed services engagements.

- Demonstrated success selling ER&D solutions to:

- RTX / Collins Aerospace
- GKN Aerospace
- Crane Aerospace
- Blue Origin
- PACCAR
- Other aerospace OEMs / Tier 1 suppliers
- Proven history of opening new logos and expanding strategic accounts
- Experience leading fixed-price / managed services negotiations
- Strong executive presence with CXO-level relationship management
- Ability to translate technical engineering capabilities into business value
