About The Role
We are seeking an experienced Commercial Plumbing Project Manager to lead commercial plumbing and fire protection projects from planning through completion. This role is responsible for managing project schedules, budgets, field operations, subcontractors, and client relationships while ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage commercial plumbing and fire protection projects from project kickoff through closeout.
- Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource plans.
- Oversee project financials, including forecasting, billing, and change order management.
- Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, vendors, and project stakeholders.
- Supervise field operations to ensure quality, safety, and schedule compliance.
- Lead project teams and maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors, and internal teams.
- Prepare project reports and maintain accurate project documentation.
- Ensure compliance with OSHA regulations, building codes, and company safety standards.
- 5–10 years of experience managing commercial plumbing and/or fire protection construction projects.
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Project Management, or a related field is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of project scheduling, budgeting, contract administration, and change order management.
- Hands-on experience with Procore and Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Strong understanding of OSHA regulations and commercial construction safety practices.
- Experience working on commercial, healthcare, institutional, industrial, residential, or mixed-use construction projects.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining quality standards.
Salary : $120,000 - $160,000
