The ideal candidate will have experience selling or supporting Analytics, AI/ML, GenAI, Cloud, or Data Services within consulting environments and possess strong healthcare industry knowledge.
Key Responsibilities/Client Relationship Management
- Build and maintain trusted relationships with Director- and VP-level stakeholders within healthcare organizations.
- Develop deep understanding of client business priorities, operating models, value chains, and performance drivers.
- Drive account growth and identify new opportunities in partnership with consulting, solution, and delivery teams.
- Create and execute account strategies aligned with client business objectives and organizational changes.
- Act as a strategic advisor to clients on AI, analytics, and digital transformation initiatives.
- Identify opportunities to leverage AI, GenAI, Machine Learning, and Analytics to solve healthcare business challenges.
- Develop compelling business cases and use cases for AI-powered solutions.
- Collaborate with technical and consulting teams to shape solution approaches and client roadmaps.
- Translate technical capabilities into business value for executive stakeholders.
- Drive proposal development, solution presentations, and pre-sales activities.
- Support revenue growth, margin objectives, and long-term account expansion.
- Participate in commercial discussions, pricing strategies, and contract structuring.
- Partner with internal stakeholders to create scalable and outcome-focused commercial models.
- Manage pipeline development and account planning activities.
- Work closely with globally distributed consulting, delivery, and solution teams.
- Support successful execution of pilots, proofs of concept, and production deployments.
- Ensure alignment between client expectations and delivery outcomes.
- Represent a broad portfolio of AI, Analytics, Data, Cloud, and Digital Transformation capabilities.
- 10–18 years of experience in Client Management, Account Management, Customer Success, Business Development, Consulting, or Pre-Sales roles.
- Experience working within Consulting Services, Analytics, AI/ML, GenAI, Data, Cloud, or Digital Transformation organizations.
- Strong healthcare industry experience with understanding of healthcare operations, value chains, and business processes.
- Proven track record of growing strategic client accounts and managing executive stakeholder relationships.
- Experience working with Director-, VP-, or C-level client stakeholders.
- Strong proposal development, solutioning, and consultative selling skills.
- Ability to work independently at client sites while coordinating with globally distributed teams.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
- Understanding of Generative AI concepts including:
- Large Language Models (LLMs)

- Embeddings
