Client Partner – Healthcare AI, Analytics & GenAI

Location: Boston, MA (Onsite 4–5 days per week at client office)

Travel: Monthly travel to client locations across the U.S. as needed

About The Role

We are seeking an experienced Client Partner – Healthcare AI, Analytics & GenAI to drive strategic account growth, strengthen executive-level client relationships, and lead AI/GenAI solution discussions within a major healthcare account.

This role combines account management, client consulting, business development, AI solutioning, and executive stakeholder engagement. The ideal candidate will have experience selling or supporting Analytics, AI/ML, GenAI, Cloud, or Data Services within consulting environments and possess strong healthcare industry knowledge.

Key Responsibilities/Client Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain trusted relationships with Director- and VP-level stakeholders within healthcare organizations.
  • Develop deep understanding of client business priorities, operating models, value chains, and performance drivers.
  • Drive account growth and identify new opportunities in partnership with consulting, solution, and delivery teams.
  • Create and execute account strategies aligned with client business objectives and organizational changes.
  • Act as a strategic advisor to clients on AI, analytics, and digital transformation initiatives.

AI / GenAI Demand Generation

  • Identify opportunities to leverage AI, GenAI, Machine Learning, and Analytics to solve healthcare business challenges.
  • Develop compelling business cases and use cases for AI-powered solutions.
  • Collaborate with technical and consulting teams to shape solution approaches and client roadmaps.
  • Translate technical capabilities into business value for executive stakeholders.
  • Drive proposal development, solution presentations, and pre-sales activities.

Commercial & Account Growth

  • Support revenue growth, margin objectives, and long-term account expansion.
  • Participate in commercial discussions, pricing strategies, and contract structuring.
  • Partner with internal stakeholders to create scalable and outcome-focused commercial models.
  • Manage pipeline development and account planning activities.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with globally distributed consulting, delivery, and solution teams.
  • Support successful execution of pilots, proofs of concept, and production deployments.
  • Ensure alignment between client expectations and delivery outcomes.
  • Represent a broad portfolio of AI, Analytics, Data, Cloud, and Digital Transformation capabilities.

Required Qualifications

  • 10–18 years of experience in Client Management, Account Management, Customer Success, Business Development, Consulting, or Pre-Sales roles.
  • Experience working within Consulting Services, Analytics, AI/ML, GenAI, Data, Cloud, or Digital Transformation organizations.
  • Strong healthcare industry experience with understanding of healthcare operations, value chains, and business processes.
  • Proven track record of growing strategic client accounts and managing executive stakeholder relationships.
  • Experience working with Director-, VP-, or C-level client stakeholders.
  • Strong proposal development, solutioning, and consultative selling skills.
  • Ability to work independently at client sites while coordinating with globally distributed teams.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.

  • Understanding of Generative AI concepts including:
    • Large Language Models (LLMs)
    • Prompt Engineering
    • Embeddings
    • Fine-Tuning
    • Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG)
  • Familiarity with:
    • Agentic AI
    • Multi-Agent Systems
    • Workflow Orchestration
  • Experience with cloud AI platforms such as:
    • Azure OpenAI
    • AWS Bedrock
    • Google Vertex AI
  • Knowledge of:
    • LangChain
    • RAG Frameworks
    • APIs and Integrations
    • Data Pipelines
