Assortment Strategy & Execution
- Partner with cross-functional teams to refine and execute World Cup assortments at the store level.
- Curate assortments tailored to physical spaces, local team relevance, and key calendar moments.
- Collaborate with Planning and Allocation to ensure on-time and complete assortments.
- Identify gaps, risks, and opportunities related to inventory and delivery.
- Analyze style performance and provide recommendations for inventory and assortment adjustments.
- Offer actionable insights to improve sales and execution during key sport moments.
- Drive inventory flow recommendations and agile responses across channels.
- Communicate strategy, challenges, and progress effectively to stakeholders.
- Manage complex inputs, timelines, and priorities with strong attention to detail.
- Share best practices with relevant teams to amplify product strategies.
- Prior store buying experience.
- Passion for soccer and sports merchandising.
- Strong cross-functional collaboration and resourcefulness.
- Ability to manage complex details and translate insights into actionable plans.
- Functional expertise in retail financial acumen, product strategy, and merchandising intuition.
- Bachelor’s degree required.
