We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Office Manager to oversee daily operations and ensure the smooth functioning of our office environment. Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day office operations, including front desk duties and multi-line phone systems
- Oversee monthly bank reconciliations
- Supervise administrative staff and coordinate training & development initiatives
- Handle vendor management, including negotiating contracts and maintaining supplier relationships
- Oversee bookkeeping, payroll processing, budgeting, and financial recordkeeping using QuickBooks
- Coordinate event planning activities for company functions or client engagements
- Maintain filing systems and ensure proper documentation of all office records
- Ensure effective communication within the team through phone etiquette and clear correspondence
- Manage human resources functions such as onboarding new employees and supporting team management efforts
- Oversee internal auditing ISO 9001:2015
- Plan company events
Requirements
- Proven experience in office management, administrative support, or related roles with strong clerical and organizational skills
- Supervising experience with the ability to lead and motivate a team effectively
- Proficiency in QuickBooks, Microsoft Office, and multi-line phone systems
- Excellent communication skills with professional phone etiquette
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in payroll, filing, and recordkeeping
- Experience in vendor management, payroll processing, budgeting, bookkeeping, event planning preferred
- Background in human resources
- Ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Demonstrated ability to develop training programs and support team development initiatives
