Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Custom Woodworker to join our team, specializing in the fabrication and installation of high-end cabinetry and interior woodwork for luxury motorcoaches. The ideal candidate has a strong background in fine woodworking, attention to detail, and experience working in tight, mobile environments where precision and finish quality are critical.

Responsibilities:

• Build custom cabinetry, millwork, and interior wood features for luxury coaches

• Interpret blueprints, CAD drawings, and verbal specifications to create precise, high-quality components

• Work with hardwoods, veneers, and specialty materials suited for mobile environments

• Operate woodworking tools and machinery safely and efficiently

• Collaborate with the design and production teams to ensure seamless integration and finish consistency

• Maintain high standards of craftsmanship, fit, and finish throughout all phases of work

Qualifications:

• 3–5 years of experience in custom woodworking or cabinetry, preferably in, Yachts, Boats, Private Jets, Luxury Vans, RVs, motorcoaches, or similarly detailed mobile interior environments

• Strong portfolio showcasing precision cabinetry, luxury finishes, and creative wood solutions

• Ability to work independently and in teams, with minimal supervision

• Familiarity with space constraints and material limitations in mobile structures

• High attention to detail, quality, and finish work

Preferred Experience (Not Required):

• Background in the marine or yachting industry

• Knowledge of lightweight construction techniques and specialty hardware

• Ability to work from 3D models or digital design files

Additional Requirements

Has own hand tools

Able to use a smart phone (for time tracking)

Our schedule is Monday through Thursday, 7 am to 5:30 pm, and Friday possible overtime when needed.
