Cabinet Maker / High-End Woodworker – Jasper, GA

We're not looking for someone to fill a seat. We're looking for someone who's tired of watching their good work get lumped in with everyone else's mediocre work.

If you've ever finished a piece, stood back, and thought "that's right" and then had to watch it get boxed up next to garbage from a coworker who didn't care, you know exactly what we're offering here. A shop where the standard is actually the standard. Every piece that leaves here has our name on it, and we've built a 10 year reputation and magazine features on not cutting corners. That only works if the people building the pieces care as much as we do.

This isn't an assembly line. You'll be building furniture and cabinetry people pay real money for because it's supposed to last generations. If your idea of "high end" is tight face frames and a good finish, but you've never had to deal with book-matched grain, custom joinery, or a client who can spot a 1/16" gap from across the room, this probably isn't the right fit.

What we need from you:

• You show up on time and you work to complete the tasks, not pace your work to the clock. Trust us there is plenty of work to be done, you won't run out.
• You take pride in the work itself, not just getting through the day.
• You understand that your paycheck exists because the work that leaves this shop is right and on time. That's not a threat, that's just how a real business works.
• You want to actually get better at this craft, maybe even run your own shop someday. We'd rather train someone hungry to learn than babysit someone who already thinks they know it all.
