We're looking for a hands-on professional to keep power tools in top shape and deliver outstanding service in a fast-paced shop environment. This is a contract-to-hire opportunity with competitive pay and full benefits upon conversion.
Position Details
- Location: Haverhill, MA
- Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
- Pay: $22-$25 per hour (based on experience)
- Diagnose and repair power tools and related equipment
- Perform troubleshooting, testing, and reporting on tool performance
- Disassemble, inspect, and replace defective parts
- Work with electrical components and ensure proper functionality
- Maintain organized inventory and assist with stocking
- Provide excellent customer service in person and over the phone
- Utilize basic computer skills for documentation and reporting
- Mechanical aptitude and ability to identify and resolve issues
- Familiarity with power tools and related brands
- Understanding of electrical components
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
