TA Coordinator

Our client, residential mortgage company, is currently seeking an onsite Talent Acquisition Coordinator in Moorpark CA.

Location: Cary NC

Onsite/Remote: 100% Onsite

Contract Length: Contract (open ended as long as there is a business need)

Pay Rate: $30.00 an hour

Overview:

The Talent Acquisition Coordinator supports the department management and staff with recruitment processes, ensuring a seamless candidate experience from application to onboarding. As the Talent Acquisition Coordinator, you will coordinate and support candidate interview scheduling, communication with hiring managers, and new hire pre-boarding.

Responsibilities:

· Recruitment Support: Assist the Talent Acquisition Team in all aspects of recruitment including job posting, resume screening, scheduling interviews, and collecting interview feedback. 0%

· Candidate Coordination: Communicate with candidates and hiring managers regarding interview schedules, provide them with necessary information, and ensure internal and external customers have a positive experience throughout the recruitment process. 0%

· Database Management: Maintain and update candidate databases and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) with accurate and timely information. 0%

· Compliance: Ensure all recruitment activities comply with company policies and legal regulations. 0%

· Onboarding: Coordinate the onboarding process for new hires, including preparing offer letters, ensuring documents such as employment applications are fully completed for background checks, and coordinate new hire orientations. 0%

· Metrics and Reporting: Assist in tracking and reporting recruitment metrics and KPIs to measure the effectiveness of recruitment strategies. 0%

· Relationship Building: Develop and maintain relationships with colleges, universities, and other talent sources to create a pipeline of potential candidates. 0%

Qualifications:

· Bachelors or equivalent work experience preferred

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively by email and phone with internal and external customers

· Experience in ATS systems such as iCIMS and Ultipro

· Knowledge of recruiting coordinator commonly used practices and procedures

· Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace

· Strong organizational, time management and problem-solving skills
