Compensation Management- Design and manage salary structures, job evaluation frameworks, and pay equity initiatives
- Lead annual compensation planning processes, including merit increases, bonuses, and incentive programs
- Conduct market pricing and benchmarking to ensure competitive positioning
- Provide guidance on executive compensation, sales incentives, and short‑ and long‑term incentive plans
Benefits Administration- Oversee benefits programs including health and welfare, retirement plans, leave programs, and wellness initiatives
- Manage vendor relationships, renewals, and cost management strategies
- Ensure benefits offerings remain competitive, compliant, and aligned with employee needs
- Lead benefits communication and education efforts to maximize employee understanding and engagement
Lead the development and execution of a comprehensive total rewards strategy, including compensation, benefits, incentives, and recognition programs
