Production Team Lead

Are you an experienced electronics assembler ready to take the next step in your career? We're looking for a Production Lead to support daily operations in a growing electronics manufacturing environment. This is a great opportunity for someone with strong assembly experience who enjoys helping others, solving problems, and taking on more responsibility.

$25.00-$30.00/hr DOE

Monday-Friday | 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM

• Perform hands-on electronics assembly, testing, and machine operation
• Support and guide production team members throughout the day
• Help coordinate workflow to keep production on schedule
• Review work instructions and production paperwork
• Conduct quality checks to ensure products meet standards
• Assist with troubleshooting and resolving production issues
• Train and mentor new team members
• Communicate updates and concerns with supervisors
• Support continuous improvement initiatives
  
  

• 2 years of electronics, electromechanical assembly, or manufacturing experience
• Leadership Experience
• Strong mechanical aptitude and hands-on production skills
• Interest in growing into a leadership role
• Experience training or assisting coworkers is a plus
• IPC certification or technical training is helpful but not required
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Reliable, detail-oriented, and team-focused
