Looking for your next opportunity in the legal field? A busy Dover law firm is seeking a Legal Assistant to support attorneys with case management, document preparation, client communication, and litigation support.
Personal Injury experience is preferred, but candidates with Legal Assistant experience from other practice areas are encouraged to apply.
Location: Dover, NH
Hours: 8:00am - 5:00pm Monday - Friday
Pay: $26 - $29 Hourly DOE

Responsibilities:
* Prepare legal documents and correspondence
* Manage case files and court filings
* Communicate with clients, courts, and opposing counsel
* Assist with discovery and trial preparation
* Organize medical records and case documentation
* Track deadlines and support day-to-day legal operations
Qualifications:
* Previous Legal Assistant experience required
* Personal Injury experience a plus, not required
* Strong organizational and multitasking skills
* Excellent attention to detail and communication skills
* Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Adobe Acrobat
* Experience with NetDocuments is a plus
