Plant Manager

Ultimate Staffing is actively seeking an experienced Plant Manager to join their client's dynamic team in Waterbury CT. This supervisor position offers an exciting opportunity to lead and manage plant operations, ensuring efficiency and productivity in a thriving environment.

• Overseeing all aspects of plant operations, including production, maintenance, and quality control.
• Developing and implementing strategies to increase productivity and optimize processes.
• Ensuring compliance with safety regulations and promoting a culture of safety in the workplace.
• Managing and leading a team of plant employees, providing guidance and support as needed.
• Monitoring and managing budgets, ensuring cost-effectiveness and efficiency.
• Coordinating with other departments to align plant operations with company goals.
• Identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions to enhance plant performance.
• Ensuring high standards of product quality and customer satisfaction.
  
  

• Proven experience in a plant management role, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Solid understanding of production processes, maintenance, and quality control.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
• Proficiency in using relevant software and technology for plant management.
  
  

Monday - Friday, 1st shift
