Asset Management Administrator
Location: Royal Oak, MI
Schedule: Full-Time, Temporary Assignment

Ultimate Staffing is seeking a Asset Management Administrator on behalf of our client, a growing commercial real estate organization in Royal Oak, MI. This position will provide administrative support to the Asset Management team, assisting with leasing, insurance, property management, and portfolio administration activities. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Assist with collecting, tracking, and filing Certificates of Insurance for new and existing tenants.
- Support the administration of liability claims and maintain related tracking logs.
- Respond to tenant requests for insurance documentation.
- Coordinate lease abstraction activities, including document preparation, quality review, and system updates.
- Prepare and distribute lease-related approval forms and assignment documentation.
- Support lease administration efforts, including amendments, renewals, assignments, and option exercises.
- Manage delivery notices and commencement date agreements for new lease transactions.
- Assist with onboarding newly acquired properties and preparing tenant welcome packages.
- Collect, organize, and maintain tenant financial statements and monthly sales reports.
- Monitor onboarding and offboarding processes and maintain accurate records.
- Provide administrative support for special projects and department initiatives as assigned.
- 3 to 5 years of administrative support experience.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel.
- Experience working with MRI or other property management software preferred.
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail.
- Ability to prioritize multiple assignments and meet deadlines.
- Self-motivated with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience supporting commercial real estate, property management, leasing, or asset management teams is a plus.
