Part Time Admin Clerk

Ultimate Staffing Services is actively seeking a Part Time Admin Clerk to join their client's team in San Marcos, California. This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, organized, and looking for a flexible work schedule. The Admin Clerk will be responsible for providing essential administrative support to ensure smooth office operations.

• Perform general clerical duties including photocopying, faxing, mailing, and filing.
• Maintain electronic and hard copy filing systems.
• Retrieve documents from filing systems as needed.
• Prepare and modify documents including correspondence, reports, drafts, memos, and emails.
• Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
• Maintain office supplies by checking inventory and ordering items.
• Assist with other administrative tasks as assigned.
  
  

• Previous experience in an administrative or clerical role is preferred.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  
  

This is a part-time position with 20-25 hours per week

Pay: $27 - $30 per hour
