What You’ll Do
- Manage inbound phone calls and emails from families (English & Spanish)
- Assist with registrations, scheduling, and general inquiries
- Resolve customer issues clearly and professionally
- Maintain accurate records and run internal reports
- Upload and manage program seasons on internal platforms
- Support coaches and operations team with day-to-day needs
- Maintain organization of office space and supplies
- Part-time: 20–28 hours per week
- Must be available: Monday, Wednesday, and Saturday (8am–6pm)
- In-person role (office-based, with some field exposure during training)
- $18–$22.50/hr (based on experience)

- Ability to pass a background check
- Commitment of at least 1 year
