Schedule: 100% Onsite | Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM
Salary: $55,000 - $68,000 annually

Ultimate Staffing is partnering with a well-established construction company in Annapolis, MD to hire an experienced and organized Office Manager. This role is ideal for a hands-on professional who thrives in a fast-paced, office-based environment and brings prior supervisory experience.
The Office Manager will oversee daily office operations, support leadership, and supervise administrative staff. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, dependable, and comfortable managing multiple priorities while supporting a construction-focused business.
- Oversee day-to-day office operations to ensure efficiency and organization
- Supervise, train, and support administrative staff
- Serve as a key point of contact between office staff, field staff, and management
- Manage scheduling, office supplies, and vendor coordination
- Support invoicing, billing, and basic accounting or payroll processes
- Ensure office policies and procedures are followed consistently
- Assist with reporting, project documentation, and general administrative support
- Maintain professionalism and confidentiality at all times
- Prior experience as an Office Manager or in a similar administrative leadership role
- Proven supervisory experience is required
- Experience working in the construction industry is strongly preferred
- Strong organizational, communication, and time-management skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Ability to work onsite full-time, Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM
