Human Resources Assistant

Ultimate Staffing is actively seeking a dedicated Human Resources Assistant to join their client's team in New Haven County Connecticut. The ideal candidate will support HR functions and provide excellent customer service to employees. This role is perfect for individuals who thrive in a dynamic environment and enjoy collaborating with others.

• Assist with payroll processing and ensure timely and accurate delivery.
• Support HR operations by managing employee records and documentation.
• Provide customer service to employees, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
• Coordinate onboarding processes for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the company.
• Maintain compliance with HR policies and procedures.
• Assist in organizing and coordinating HR-related events and meetings.
• Support additional HR duties as assigned by the supervisor.
  
  

• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
• Previous experience in HR or a related field is preferred but not required.
  
  

Salary: $26 - $34 per hour.
