Inside Sales Administrator

We are looking for a highly motivated, fast-learning professional Inside Sales & Customer Support Specialist. What You'll Do

• Deliver outstanding customer support through phone, email, and chat.
• Respond promptly and professionally to customer and sales team inquiries.
• Accurately process orders, returns, and exchanges.
• Manage inside sales activities and oversee accounts for assigned customers.
• Address and resolve customer concerns with patience and empathy.
• Conduct outbound follow-up calls to provide updates or additional information.
• Maintain clear and effective communication to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Perform precise order entry and maintain accurate records.

What We're Looking For

• Strong data entry skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to read and interpret purchase orders (POs).
• Commitment to following established processes and ensuring compliance.
• Previous experience in customer service and sales support roles.
• Proficiency in English; Spanish bilingual skills are a plus.
• Familiarity with customer service software, databases, and related tools.
• Excellent communication and client-facing skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and capacity to multitask effectively.
