HR Assistant

Ultimate Staffing Services is actively seeking an HR Assistant to join their client's dynamic team in California. The HR Assistant will play a crucial role in supporting the Human Resources department by handling various administrative tasks, managing employee records, and assisting with essential HR functions such as recruitment, onboarding, payroll, and employee benefits.

• Scheduling interviews and coordinating with hiring managers.
• Preparing and organizing employment documents for new hires.
• Maintaining confidential employee files and ensuring data accuracy.
• Managing the HR inbox and responding to employee inquiries promptly.
• Assisting with employee relations, training programs, and compliance initiatives.
• Supporting payroll processing and employee benefits administration.
  
  

• Previous experience in an HR or administrative role is preferred.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
  
  

Monday to Friday

The HR Assistant position offers a competitive pay range of $20.00 to $25.00 per hour. Additional benefits will be discussed upon hiring.
